Mandurah to Fremantle - Rained all night & continued this morning but sun came out by the time we reach Freemantle. High of 19C due to the cold wind. 55km only
Left Mandurah & travelled to Fremantle. Only a short journey. Caravan park is very nice and conveniently situated. After settling in, we walked down to the beach and were surprised to see a huge cruise liner heading into the Port of Fremantle. It reminded us of our arrival in Fremantle by ship from South Africa 41 years ago although the liner we were on was much smaller than the one today. We went into Fremantle town to the port where the ship was moored. We were very surprised when we realised that it was the Queen Mary 2.
