Only a short distance to travel today. The caravan park is just to the north of the town and right beside the beach but it is very windy - a bit too windy for the beach.

Education for children in remote areas

As we travel north the areas become more remote especially the ones inland and families who live there rely on the "School of the Air" for education for their younger chidren.  Many of the older ones go away to boarding school.  Many of the farms consist of thousands of acres of land and are miles from anywhere.
